QA Track
QA Track assists you in managing your RESNET and Energy Star QA tasks by organizing and automating the QA process.
What is QA Track?
We developed QA Track with current and former QADs in order to alleviate the headache that comes with Quality Assurance tracking and reporting. QA Track ensures you always know where you stand on File and Field QA totals so that you can ace that annual review.
QA Track ensures you’ll never have to check who needs QA, what QA has been completed, or verify that QA totals are accurate. QA Track takes care of all of those former annoyances by managing, tracking, and organizing all of your quality assurance needs into one, easy-to-find place. This tool ensures you always have quality assurance covered, so that you can focus on your normal workflows.
What Can QA Track Do?
QA Track records, organizes, and automates nearly every aspect of quality assurance. QA Track ensures you always are up-to-date on QA selection by automatically picking energy models for you to QA - it maintains the correct QA selection quotas for all of your raters, energy modelers, and rating field inspectors. QA Track places the QA checklist side-by-side with the energy model you are reviewing - making QA reviews simple and intuitive. All of your QA stats will be displayed on a fast and easy to navigate dashboard. This tool was developed with current and former QADs so you can truly set it and forget it.

QA Track in Ekotrope RATER
QA Track organizes projects for quality assurance with a dashboard that details information including the HERS rater and their RTIN number, the number of homes they’ve rated in the year, the File QA selected, and File QA completed - pictured in Figure 1.
Upon navigating to a specific energy model, you can see information about the QA status of the home as well as the QA Type and the corrective actions needed for compliance - as seen in Figure 2.
The side panel also shows your QA Checklist so that you can see your estimated score and check for errors - pictured in Figure 3.
