To address this opportunity, Ekotrope has developed a proprietary process and modeling solution to accurately measure energy savings from homes undergoing R&A projects. This 3-step process evaluates the project's pre-construction state, proposed changes, and post-construction home to capture a complete picture and energy savings contributions.

And because the home is already “under construction,” and the walls and other components will be opened up or replaced, the cost of improvements to the homeowner is dramatically decreased when compared to traditional energy retrofit programs, boosting program participation.
